Nachdem wir Ihnen die Verfügbarkeit des Appartements bestätigt haben, teilen wir Ihnen die Bankdaten mit, damit Sie die Anzahlung in Höhe von 10% der Jahresmiete leisten können (Mindestbetrag 500€). Nach Zahlungserhalt erhalten Sie von uns eine E-Mail, in der wir Ihnen die Reservierung bestätigen und Ihnen auch mitteilen, welche Unterlagen für die Vertragsunterzeichnung notwendig sind.
Anforderungen
- Ausweispapiere der mietberechtigten Personen: D.N.I. / Ausweis / N.I.E.
- Die drei letzten Gehaltsnachweise oder Kopie des Arbeitsvertrags
Zu leistende Zahlungen:
- Kautionszahlung: Zwei Monatsmieten.
- Gebühren: 10% der Jahresmiete. Mindestbetrag 500€. Vertragskosten inbegriffen.
- Die erste Monatsmiete oder der proportionale Anteil der Monatsmiete.
Die Kaution wird dann zurückerstattet, nachdem der Mieter aus dem Appartement ausgezogen ist und nachdem wir den Zustand des Appartements überprüft und die Ausgaben für die Nebenkosten (Wasser, Strom und Gas) abgerechnet haben.
Das Appartement muss vor 11.00 Uhr vormittags geräumt sein.
